Dana is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Law and Digital from Paris-Saclay University and a Bachelor of Laws from Saint Joseph University of Beirut. With over three years of legal experience, she focuses on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, including contract drafting and negotiation, compliance, and cross-border advisory. Dana advises multinational clients on business structuring, licensing, and emerging regulatory issues. She is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling her to assist clients and manage legal matters seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions.
