Nay holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from CEIPI (University of Strasbourg) and a Bachelor’s degree in Private Law. She is also a member of the Beirut Bar Association.

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Nay has gained valuable experience working with international law firms and companies, developing a practical understanding of both advisory and in-house perspectives. She is well-versed in intellectual property, as well as corporate, commercial, and employment law, and brings a comprehensive approach to her work.

Nay is particularly passionate about the role of law in supporting creativity, business growth, and innovation.
