

Sari is a member of the Beirut Bar Association and serves on the Bar’s Committee for Trainee Lawyers. He is also an active mediator with the Lebanese Association for Mediation and Conciliation (LAMAC).
He holds a postgraduate diploma in private law, an LL.M. in Business Law from the Lebanese American University (LAU), a Diploma in Mediation from AIA Belgian University (in partnership with Sagesse University), and a certificate in Arbitration from LAU.
Sari has over three years of experience in the legal field, with strong expertise in civil law, litigation, and corporate matters. His litigation work is particularly notable for his handling of pleadings and procedural management, ensuring the smooth progression of cases through to final verdicts. His strong relationships within Lebanese courts and governmental bodies have helped resolve complex client matters efficiently.
In addition, Sari has significant experience in commercial and real estate law, particularly in drafting agreements and settlements. His prior work at a leading IP firm enriched his experience in intellectual property law, including trademark registration, infringement cases, and IP-related agreements.
As a trained mediator, Sari is skilled in facilitating open communication between disputing parties and guiding them toward constructive resolutions with empathy and professionalism.
His legal expertise spans a broad range of areas, including corporate formation, and the drafting of key legal agreements such as sale agreements, lease agreements, SPAs, and NDAs.
